I think the service was exacly what is expected of a restaurant. The food took a little long, but it was expected given that we came during a busy time. I had a steak with mushroom sauce (hate mushrooms) and it was delicious, only problem was it wasn't enough! Lire plus

Went with my friend to Crown Pita in Pickering for lunch. My friend has a service dog. On entering, staff, with elevated voices, told us that dogs weren’t allowed. When we tried explaining that the dog was a service dog, they raised their voices further and told us that we couldn’t be there with the dog. Feeling very uncomfortable, we left. I've been here a few times over the years and this restaurant does not disappoint! The food is pretty standard for American cuisine and is usually well cooked, though I once had chicken that tasted off. The signature sauce that comes with meals is amazing! Dessert portions are too small for the price but prevent me from overeating. Service is friendly but sometimes slow during peak times. I'd recommend this place for family meals (it's not private enough for dates). The atmosphere has a comfortable, homey feel to it. I definitely recommend the classic rotisserie chicken! Lire plus
