I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. We were travellers passing through and the brakes of our VW van broke. At auto works they expedited the order of the new parts.
We are grateful for their customer service, speedy delivery of service and expert knowledge. This may have come at a premium cost, but due to the quickness of their service, it was well worth it. Very satisfied with their work. (canadian tire said it would take 7 days, and it took them 2days).
We highly recommend this mechanic for a friendly at professional job.
