I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

I came here about a month ago with a renovation project for my master ensuite. I was greeted by Adam who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about design and products they carry. Adam made it a breeze, form helping select the vanity to all the accessories we purchased for the bathroom. I was very impressed with the excellent delivery with such a short deadline, I recieved all my products within 10 days. Highly recommend!!!!

I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. On Feb. 7th. 2017 I got pinned under a tree and could not get out but my new 390 Husquvarna kept running but was 6ft away. After struggling for 30 minutes I was able to break a small limb off the tree, pull the chainsaw to me and cut the top off the tree. I drove the tractor home and then drove to the Smith Falls Hospital where I was treated for broken bone in the left hand, cracked tibia and cut to the right temple (helmet was broken). Thank God my Husquvarna kept running.

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)
