Idk what the other review is talking about but this shop doesn’t deserve a 1 star on yelp. They have the most knowledgeable front desk guy I’ve ever encountered. They they are a fast (often same day as drop off) efficient (don’t charge you for stuff you don’t need when they easily could) and communicative shop. They also have the Zeus computer readers which are much better then the readers other shops are using in Abbotsford.

Came for an oil change before a road trip - Patrick did the change for us and checked tire pressure and air filters etc. - was super friendly and helpful! Very happy with the service today and will continue going back thanks to Patrick’s great service

I had a power steering issue on my Mercedes, my car was really hard to steer. I took it to Hood Star Automotive, who dealt with it in a fast and friendly manner, I was back on the road in no time at all. They are great guys who really know their stuff. I would go back again and I would highly recommend them. Great to know someone in Chilliwack who is a fully trained Merc mechanic!

My profession deals with car accidents every day. I had my bumper repaired at Abby Collision and I must say, it was a seamless and pleasant experience. No waiting...and Danny was such a pleasant man, just happy to help smile and all. Mike was also very helpful in taking the time out to explain what may be the issue with an unrelated leak. Courtesy car, quick and proper repairs, a very nice wash, and helpful hard workers. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a body shop. A+.

Absolutely amazing. They turned an awful situation (car died on the Coq)into a manageable one. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. This company and it's employees are second to none! I called to ask for price and availability on a briggs & stratton fuel pump for my ride on lawnmower. I talked to KEN and he said that 9 times out of ten the carb needs cleaning. He was absolutely right! Thank you for your honesty and integrity! Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Bobs Driveline has installed engines, rebuilt drivetrains and dealt with electrical problems I have had. It has been at least 10 years and still my preferred shop for major ticket repairs. They do their best to see me right away, quickly assess the problem, then get me on my way. They back up their work and honour their warranties. I highly recommend Bob's Driveline.
