My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.
