This was my first service on my BMW GS at Kelowna Powersports. The service experience was excellent. You drive the bike inside and they are all very attentive and caring, making you feel you are important. Better than some shops I’ve experienced.
The estimate was provided well ahead of time and they were done in the time they stated. They even washed my bike!! Now that’s service!!
I’ll be back again for sure and would highly recommend this professional team.

Expensive gourmet food tastes good in a slightly above-average atmosphere. The wait staff are also slightly above-average but I wouldn't call them excellent as we had one with a bit of an attitude the last time we had lunch there. Not a bad view. The food is not consistant - we've been there for 3 lunches and each time someone at the table has been disappointed, including myself, although the last time we went there it was good. The welcoming committee as you enter are friendly, although each visit I've seen wait staff hanging around this area, joking with the greeter and that's not good. I don't suggest anyone sit near the patio doors (especially if you're a senior like us) as it can be cold and the wasps are inquisative.

Needed new brakes & a General check up as I was headed for Grande Prairie AB. so wanted to make sure Truck was in shape. They fixed the brakes & went over everything in detail & explained it all.
