Gord has fixed my old van and my daughter’s car a number of times and EVERYTIME he charges a fair price and does good work. In more than 3 or 4 years, nothing he has done, has had to be re-done. When you find an honest mechanic like Gord, you will not want to go anywhere else. One time I brought my daughters car to have the muffler fixed. He was honest and recommended me to a muffler shop that could do the job quicker and for less money.

I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

My wife recently had a scheduled appointment made months in advance. We arrived at the clinic at the appointed time, and like many times before, we were kept waiting almost 1 1/2hrs, before she was taken into a room. One would figure that like any business, they would make appointments according to how many patients can be accommodated. This is in my opinion a poor way to display practices.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.
