Very friendly family run business with great customer service and the most competitive product price and delivery cost. I called 15 event specialists and AYS had the lowest price by far. Everything was promptly delivered on event day, I received a message as soon as it was done and best of all, when I arrived at the venue, everything was already set up for us. The service was just so convenient, I really recommend using AYS to ensure your special event is a success.

Excellent service, great quality dishes and cutlery. Ordered tables and linens too all were perfect. Easy deliver on time and great pickup service. Would definitely recommend and I will be using them again

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I will only ever rent event/party supplies from Gervais. I rented some supplies for a photo shoot I was doing. They were very professional and very affordable. The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal emergency in their parking lot. A crew of men ran out with tools and gadgets and with calm reassuring demeanor they resolved what could have potentially been a very expensive and dangerous situation. Over all I have nothing but great things to say about Gervais.
