Animal housecalls is the ideal service for pet owners. My cat is very nervous and just the sight of the carrier would put him into hiding. With Animal Housecalls, he's able to get his yearly check-up in the comfort of his own home, which drastically minimizes his stress levels. Dr. McGowan is incredibly caring and intuitive, as well as honest. I actually look forward to my cat's vet appointments with her.

Dr Bureau is great. She has been taking care of both my dog & my cat for years, and she has always been responsive, gentle and careful. She is kind about helping me keep costs down. The place is always clean - I dont know what that other review is talking about - and Ive always gotten great service and care for my pets.

I recently moved into the Roncesvalles area and was looking for a new vet clinic. I walk my dog in High Park and asked a couple other dog owners and several referred me to Roncy Village Vet Clinic. When I walked in with my dog just to check it out I was greeted by possibly the happiest receptionist ever. She immediately had another very friendly and knowledgable staff member give me a tour. This clinic is brand new, clean, bright and state of the art. They are 1 of 2 clinics in all of Toronto that offer a "Lap spay". Dr. Mark came right out of his office to shake my hand and welcome me to the neighbourhood. I booked my dogs annual vacines for the following day and am so glad to have found this clinic. They are truly genuine animal lovers and hugely involved in the community. I love them.

Dr. Badri was very helpful and compassionate to me and my wonderful cat, Moses, when I needed to have him euthanized. He was aging and had cancer and other serious issues. Both my cat and I were stressed and Dr. Badri helped me by finding and tranquilizing my pet, so that he was calmed before his euthanizing. This is a sad time for any pet owner and I thank you Dr. Badri for being there.

Bay Cat Hospital is wonderful! Ive been taking my furbaby Figaro there since he was 1 year old and hes now 12 years old and I wouldnt think of taking him anywhere else!
The level of compassion and care he has received is extraordinary. From reception to seeing a Doctor, we are treated like family and the staff goes out of their way to make Figaro feel comfortable, even talking to him, petting him, and playing with him.
