We love The Keg and often celebrate special events there. This past Tuesday evening, we had such family celebration and had special requests to make. The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding! Thanks to Austin and Katherine who did made the evening one of excellence!

It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. I can’t rate Brody and Android Bodies highly enough. I go to Android Bodies every weekday unless I’m out of town, it is my home away from home and friends and family who have come to try it for a week have stayed. Considering that I look forward to going every day, the membership on a cost per use basis ends up being way cheaper than ones I used to pay for and never use.
