Extremely Poor Customer Service
I took my Toro Trimmer to Brothers as they were a Toro Dealer. I decided to leave it there over the winter as I did not need it, but when I called to say I was coming to pick it up, they said they had already tossed it in the trash - they did not even think to call me. On the call, they made it sound like it was all my fault and will not replace it. You have been warned.

The unit was not worth repairing as you were aware and it would be nice to be able to keep customers unit that are not worth repairing for over 9 months. Which is how long your unit was left. We just do not have the storage facility. The unit was recycled not thrown in the trash. I would be more than happy to help you out with a trimmer, but I can not replace a trimmer as you wanted in place of a unit that was not worth repairing. 9 month is a very long time.
