So, to start the plumber took 5 and a half hours to install My tank. second, he was not upfront about the prices. he said everything was included in the price of the tank, this was not true. there is a charge of between $130-$190 for every pipe they touch not including the parts for replacement. the plumber did not have all his tools, so he had to use mine. then e cut off more pipe then he should have and charged me to replace a perfectly good shut off valve. So I found this company is linked with Mr Furnace, A R O plumbing and heating as well. Worst experience ever!!! I was left 3 weeks! Booked 4 different appointments every time! What a joke!!! Never called back asked to talk to a manager! And might as well been a robot to book me in!!! I couldn’t be more pissed! Have never herd “I’m next on the list, sorry our tech’s are behind” I’d shut this place down if up to me!
