    Recommended by my vet and very thankful! I've been bring my dog here for almost 2 years and she loves it! She cannot wait to get out of the vehicle to see her friends! I feel so confident that she is being cared for. These people are real dog lovers and really care about their business and provide exceptional service. This really gives me peace of mind when I travel.

    We have used seve...

    We have used several different kennel locations and Springfield by far, is our favourite choice. Clean, quiet, calm and a beautiful setting for boarding. Our dog never appears stressed and anxious when we arrive at the facility, unlike other places we have been to. We make the trip from Calgary to this kennel. Highly recommend Springfield kennels. ;-)

    Be careful of unmentioned pricing policy

    Please be aware they have both morning and afternoon drop-off/pick-up periods, but charge for an extra night's stay if you use the afternoon pick-up. As well, they are closed Sunday mornings so you automatically pay for a "three nights stay" if you leave your dog for the weekend.

    Yes we do charge for an afternoon pickup, just like other kennels do, and just like a hotel would charge for the day if you did not check out by 11 am. This is standard practice in the dog boarding industry. I appologise if you wre not made aware of this, as it our practice to clearly explain charges. We have just recently implemented a 2 day minimum charge, again in line with what other kennels do. As for the Sunday closure. We will look at that again. But if you pick up your dog on Monday morning there is no charge for that day. So a weekend drop off on Friday PM and pickup Sunday PM is only 3 days board, just like a hotel.
