Mirror Image Hair & Body Studio

Twin sisters Tracy Cameron and Treena Chiu always wanted to run a business together. They even picked out the name when they were children. When they went searching for the right business to start together, they realized their talents and skills were strongly suited to the beauty industry. They opened Mirror Image Hair and Body Studio at its current location in 2005, after 10 years in a previous location.

“We’ve always dressed the same, we built our houses side by side,” Tracy says. “Even the births of our children and the dates of our weddings coincide! Going into business together has been the plan since we were young.”

In college, they realized their desire to follow in their mother's footsteps and open a hair salon. “When she heard that, she almost cried,” Tracy says. “She had been a hairdresser for 13 years and taught hairdressing for 25 years. Now that she’s retired, she helps us out in the apparel side of the business.”
