Very professional, Would highly recommend.Replaced our water tank. The guy company sent explained everything about the new water heater tank & didn’t leave any mess behind!!

We are very disappointed in the service we received. Our main sewer line started backing up when I washed clothes. We were told our line would be fixed before the plumber left. Dirty equipment was brought in down our carpeted stairway without a drop sheet. 4 hours and $774.85 later, nothing had changed. We called our Citys emergency line. The line was cleared in less than an hour at no cost. Worry Free offered no adjustments to the price. We would never call them again.

We never guarantee draincleaning on the phone b/c we cant tell which part of the drain is blocked.Youre only responsible for your drain until it hits the citys line.Youre not required to clean their line.We cleared your drain & used a sewer camera.When we left your line was clear.Another blockage was in the citys line.They cleared it for you for free.Had we not cleared your line city wouldve charged you for clearing it.We stand by our work.Your line was clear when we left-as shown by the camera.
Our property management company has bee using Worry Free for the last two years on multiple properties, both income properties and large multi-family buildings. Not once have we been disappointed with the quality of service we have received! They always have gone above & beyond for us and our customers, and we would highly recommend them for any job, large or small!
Does not know how to install toilet properly, has no knowledge how to drain clean a clogged sewer pipe

I was very pleased with the service that Worry Free provided. The plumber, Richard, was polite and knowledgeable. The price he quoted was the price I paid, and everything has been working great since. Couldn't be happier with Worry Free. Would recommend this business to anyone.
Had Richard and his apprentice out, this company was recommended by a friend who has used them a few times now. I wanted to redo my plumbing system in my home as I had repeat issues with my grey water lines leaking and cracking. Richard came out and quoted me on replacement of my water lines, and fixtures as myself and my wife wanted a change and some updating to the look of our home. Richard provided us with some wonderful looking Moen fixtures and toilets from American Standard.
Wish I could rate these guys higher than a 5 star, excellent service, came quick, was late at night about 9:15pm and didn't charge me a penny extra. Had a new hot water heater installed and had me back up and running within the hour. Was excellent service!
Tried to track down a nasty little leak in my house with no luck, talked to a friend in the USA about what I should do. He suggested I find a company that has thermal imaging equipment so I wouldn't have holes all over my house when the plumber looked for the leak. Called a bunch of companies and these guys were the only ones I found to have said equipment. It was pretty cheap to all said and done the bill was under $500 and I got to see my entire house on the imager, pretty neat would use again
Very glad I called these guys. Nice little family business and very intelligent and experienced employees. Got a quote from a few different companies here in Edmonton to replace my very old furnace. Some tried to charge me 9-11,000 dollars...lol Got myself a new Carrier furnace and a new 50 gallon hot water heater for way way less than these other overpriced companies tried to change and everything works great. They didn't make a mess and stayed very conscious of my newly painted walls. 5/5 ;)
Richard came out and charged me less to fix and diagnose my furnace than a big ad company did just for taking the cover off my furnace and looking. Richard was great and very honest I tgough I would have to rebuild my furnace for 3400 or replace it for 7500 as I was told by a large company just before I called these guys for a second opinion. My issue was literally soot on my flame censor. That's a far cry from a full furnace rebuild. I will always call these guys before I call anyone else.
They went above and beyond to make sure all my plumbing issues were addressed. They fixed my sink drain, new faucet, replaced hot water tank, main valve all in same day. Richard cares about his customers, charges fair pricing. Will use again for any plumbing needs.
Discovered a leaky hot water tank on a Sunday morning. Richard and his associate came and installed a new tank within hours of calling. Very polite and knowledgeable people. Extremely pleased with the service and price we received. Definitely recommend this company.

woke up this morning with no hot water, I called worry free. they sent a plumber over had had the problem fixed in no time, very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend worry free sewer and drain experts.

Went to turn on the tap this afternoon for my kitchen and had no water. Tried a few other taps and the same thing happened all my lines were plugged. Came across this company from a door hanger so I decided to call them. Richard came out from Worry Free and found the issue,it was my older water softer. He replaced a few items that needed to be replaced, flushed the water lines and had me back up and running within a few hours. He was a very knowledgeable gentleman and very friendly.

I'm really happy with the service that they provided. They came to repair my hot water heater. I chose to replace it instead because the price was really reasonable. I also really appreciated that they took so much time to explain all my options.
