Test drove and sat down to negotiate..only to be told vehicle was sold days prior.. It felt like a bait and switch. After airing out our frustrations. The sales associate said to us. That it was a waste of his time also. The due diligence is missing at this location, no accountability for there mistakes and crushing and defeating as a consumer.

The sales associate you dealt with was relatively new to the dealership and I apologize for the way he handled the situation. Nobody wants to spend an hour looking at a vehicle that is already sold.
