Booked a cab via the app on Wednesday night for Tuesday early morning pickup - booking was confirmed...Got a call from the dispatcher 13 minutes before the cab was supposed to pick me up, telling me he had no cabs. Then said I should have called him as well - seriously, what’s the point of an app!?!?! Worst service ever!!!! DO NOT USE KIMBER CABS EVER!!!
Called taxi for trip from Ikea to Vancouver, dispatcher answered promptly and was courteous. Told me to wait for about 15 min. Taxi arrived 10 min. later and helped me load my goods. Asian driver asked for the shortest route to my destination and had a pleasant conversation with him all the way, he was very nice and helpful, the trip was very pleasant. Would call them again if I need a taxi
Called for taxi appt to YVR, Driver was early but waited patiently and help with my luggages, had a nice chat with him and accepted credit card payment nicely. Will always use this cab company
Awful. I phoned after a taxi with their phone number passed by. I waited on the street for an hour. When I phoned them to inquire about my taxi's status, they told me, "You must have phoned another cab company. There is no record in our dispatch." I literally have no other phone numbers for taxi companies, and had simply hit re-dial on my phone. When I told the dispatcher this, he repeated, "You must have phoned a different company. We don't have the dispatch." Then he hung up.
