The Groom Room Pet Salon & Day Care

I would give zero star. The place is really dirty, and when I pointed this out the manager said they were too busy to clean but was standing around doing nothing. I took my 7lb Schnoodle after telling him over the phone I needed to be with him and he said no problem. When I got there he picked up my puppy (no introduction or petting him or anything) and started walking away as I was still talking to him and my puppy was freaking out. (looking back I should have just walked out).

Bit of attitude

I had my dog groomed there before and was very happy but when I called to say I wasn't that happy with my dogs newest cut I got a lot of argument (was told that the cut was exactly the same as last time, which is wasn't) and attitude as well as complaining about how long it took to groom the dog. The bill was $150!! $50 over what I expected
