Terrible service, late on due date and denied any discount, tried to blame me for the issue. Rude too. Wouldn't go there again ever!

I was appalled at...

I was appalled at the bad attitude and terrible service of this business. After framing something incorrectly and charging me full price the lady was very rude and raised her voice at me. I cant believe you can have a business that survives today and treat your customers like that. Unbelievable. I would never support someone who has no respect for their customers.
