One of the worst run companies I have ever seen. They took six weeks to repair a refrigerator, yes we were without our main fridge for six weeks! They started by sending a 'junior' unqualified technician who had no clue what he was doing, followed up by taking nearly two weeks to send in a 'senior' technician, proceeded to order the wrong part, and all along didn't seem very concerned about any of what had transpired. Avoid this company like the plague.
I put in a warranty call for a new GE washer on June 17th because lid lock would not open. full of water and clothes.Was told this would be a priority call and advised someone would be out on June 23 with parts. Never received a call with an ETA for service. I had to call twice to find out when to expect someone. final ETA was between 1-6 pm. At 5 pm tech called and advised he was too busy to service. will be SOMETIME NEXT WEEK . FULL OF WATER AND CLOTHES STILL. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. POOR SERVICE
Very disappointed so far, they wouldn't answer my emails so I had to phone them...not a good start, we will see how they do when they arrive to fix my fridge.
Have very awesome, knowledgeable, courteous & quick staff. I insist on Northern Electronic Services when I call for repairs to any of my appliances. I argue with the warranty companies if they tell me I cannot use who I want to. Just tell them now, that no other company is entering my house! lol Even out of warranty appliances I call them for. I have Samsung Bosch Kitchenaid Whirlpool appls & they repair all of them. Cost of out of warranty parts are far cheaper than The Appliance Shack!
