Service was awful...
Service was awful. Given an estimate without in-house assessment, and driver assured me that I was well below weight, only to find out that I was apparently well above. Changed my move date as a favour and still received shoddy treatment. On arrival, belongings were damaged and full of bugs. Individual movers and drivers involved were wonderful, but that scarcely makes up for the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time, combined with overpaying for the delivery of damaged goods.

We have contacted shipper to apologize for the poor service they felt they received. We also did an investigation into moth findings, and we could not find any issues with bugs at all. All clean moving procedures were followed on their local move. We informed customer of our findings, and customer was glad to hear from us and to have a follow up.
