Dr. Sethi is a very good and smart doctor. Minakshi and Visesh are very good receptionists too. 5/5 stars for Healthplex Medical Center.

The worst Walk-in...

The worst Walk-in Clinic ever, please AVOID THIS PLACE. Not only the waiting time is awful, the ladies at the front desk are rude and the doctors are worst. Never again!

I'm a health care...

I'm a health care professional and this is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever worked with. There are many other pharmacies out there that have great customer service and caring and honest staff. I attempted to speak to the pharmacist who had been answering my questions via a pharmacy tech and when I finally asked to speak to the pharmacist directly I was told she had left to go to the clinic.

Worst Clinic ever

I have been to poor clinics before but this one takes the cake, I had 2 people before me and it was a 2 hour wait! Mixed up my file I had Indian people going before me and the receiptionist (Indian Lady) would give keep telling me I am next. I asked why these people were a head of me and the excuses were a plenty. It was hard to understand every excuse she used, mixed up my file and then said I did not register? Go figure, I am not recist on any level but unless you are of Indian background be prepared to wait.
