We had food delivered to our hotel in Cornwall after a 13 hour drive. They didn't give the delivery driver our room number. They didn't send any cutlery or napkins for my family of 4. They didn't send any condiments for my husbands burger so he had meat on a bun. Very disappointed as I've never had a bad experience with East Side's. :0(
Great service and a delicious meal consistent with what i expect from this restaurant. The garlic bread was fresh, the arrabbiata sauce (Hell's Kitchen chicken) was spicy, and the service was friendly. Their Spanish Coffee wasn't as good as I'd expected, but a decent cup of coffee is a rarity in most restaurants...
My only complaints are that the temperature inside was cold, and the booths seem a little cramped.
Excellent service and flavor. Beer is cold. Smoothie was smooth. Bread was garlic-y. Salad was crunchy and delicious. Sausage was spicy. Restaurant decor was fun and appealing.

East sides unsed to be my fav. restaurant thier food was always cooked with the upmost quality, but as i was eating my salad i discovered a worm in it and the manager came out and apologize in a very snobby way! I was very disappointed with her actions as she still made me pay for my meal. My waitress on the other hand was wonderful she tryed to convince the manager this was an very unfair dicision!! The food after that was very disgusting....all dryed out. I will never go back there ever!! As this expirience grossed me right out
