    He then said I'm too busy and walked to the back!

    I phoned ahead of time asking if the business did alterations. I needed my daughters school uniform pants hemmed and taken in at the waist. The owner said yes if you bring them in I'll have them done by the end of the day. Quickly grabbed my kids and the pants and practically ran to the store. As soon as I put the pants on the counter he looked at them and said "you didn't mark them? I'm busy and I don't have time to do that" I replied "if I knew how to do that properly I wouldn't have called"
