On Aug 22 2017 I bought a large Diet Coke from this location. More than halfway through drinking it I found 5 Thermal receipts crunched up in my cup. There was a large film floating in my cup. How sick could I get? Went back to the store, they did nothing. They called me back to say they don't know how that could have happened. I called head office and have heard nothing back. The owner called to apologize and offer me a new drink. THANKS BUT NO THANKS

Worst service. Gives wrong change. Lady admits to giving $5 less of change, but quickly changes mind afterwards. Overall avoid.

75% of the time when I get a mocha at north queen its made wrong. I'm there often enough, that sometimes I walk in and one of the girls starts making my mocha because she knows I always get one. Then I get it, and I need to taste it. 25% of the time it tastes right and i am surprised. But most of the time, theres no chocolate. Sometimes theres no coffee. One manager got angry at me for rejecting the mocha, like its my fault i didn't want plain espresso. get it right!
