I have an injury it required ultrasound today, so my physician can indicate the problem. I was booked to see a technician a week ago at the late morning time. My appointment was cancelled with no notification by clinic and reception couldn't get me in for the day, due to technician had an accident a week ago!! I told my Dr about the issue, and he took it in consideration as I booked somewhere else. Communication and customer service are #1 in business N' they don't have it.
