Minute Locksmith

Horrible customer service. Representatives have no understanding of how to politely communicate to potential customers. They should also broaden the variety of keys that they cut or are willing to cut.

Very disappointed by the price we received in relation to the quote I was given by phone (the price was more than DOUBLE the quote). Estimates can be off slightly but not by this much. We were charged an unfair price for what was done. Not only that but I contacted the company to complain about the price they charged and give them an opportunity to remedy this - guy refused, yelled and talked over me and hung up. Would not recommend them to anyone. (I doubt the positive reviews below are legit).

Dispatch lady was really friendly and the technician showed up within 10 minutes. He worked efficiently, prices were reasonable and really knowledgable. I need to change a couple more locks and will def call you guys again.

I was looking for...

I was looking for someone to help me get back into my home late at night yesterday. I was amazed by how quickly someone was at my door and got me back in! He even changed my lock for me as I had lost my key and needed something new. Professional, friendly service with very reasonable prices. I usually do not write reviews but felt this great service needed acknowledgment.
