Beautiful store in London, Ontario. We dealt with Cindy on the floor who was lovely, professional and respectful. She knew La-Z-Boys products well and we appreciated that she did not use any pressure sales tactics at all!

Cindy helped us put together an amazing room. We came in for a couch and she listened to us and guided us through creating an amazing room that reflects us. We can’t wait for delivery. We new with Lazy Boy we would get good quality. But the customer service and decorating knowledge we received from Cindy was excellent!!
