I was walking around in the area and decided to try Pho Thi due to word of mouth, as I've been hearing great things.
I only stuck with Take-Out this time so I can't really evaluate the service, though the girl was informative and polite.
The food... wow! Wonderful flavor, and I love having to actually mix the broth with the rest of the meal myself, it just adds to the experience. Chicken & Beef are perfectly, noodles are tasty once the included sauce(s) are added.
Overall, I'll definitely be going there many times. I'd like to try dining in to see how that goes, and try some different meals as well.
Everything is changed since opening. The rice wrap paper rolls are not fresh. The soup has too much GSM. Everything is re-used including, tea, lime, beansprout, basil, etc. The service is quite slow, but it's ok because of Friday. NOT RECOMMEND!
Dinner started with a nice pot of Tea. Service was prompt and friendly. The order came out quickly and was accompanied with very fresh bean sprouts and tasty thai basil leaves still on the twigs, thai chillies and small wedges of lime.. The beef broth was on the thin side yet had a complex depth to it. Yummie... The pork and shrimp broth was thicker and awesome. The meat was shaved very thin and was tasty. The meatballs were small and a bit chewy but again very nice. The noodles were done to perfection. The shrimp were good too. They were fried in a very light batter and came with a standard shrimp sauce. All in all very filling good and healthy food. Very nice and Very clean. Can recommend.
