Melton & Fraser Flowers

So disappointed & embarrassed. Ordered flowers for funeral asking if $100 would make a nice arrangement. It was very small and uninteresting arrangement. Called to complain and all I got was excuses & told flowers used were higher priced. Not true...lots of carnations and daisies. Do yourself a favour and order from Kevins....the flower arrangements were large and beautiful. Not even an offer of compensation....sooooo upsetting.

Worst customer service. Was assured flower's would be delivered only to find out from recipient that nothing came. No phone call was made to me, to notify me that flowers weren't delivered. I wanted to support a local business and was completely let down. Will not buy from here again.
