I found the staff to be both courteous and professional. Dr. Joe's eye examination was very thorough. He took the time to clearly explain the results of each test.

Mixed Review

I found that some of the staff were very friendly and some came across as arrogant and did not respond appropriately after they made an error in the prescription.

Excellent Service

I found the service exceptional - I don't remember ever had such professional service. The staff were all prepared and knowledgeable of their duties and their pleasantness was was quite refreshing. If you like the best in service, parking and attentiveness, this is the place to go, Eric Auliff.
