Their donut quality has gone down in the last few years. The chocolate is more of a deep dark instead of milky like they used to be, any iced donut they have looks unappealing as it was too runny when it was dipped and without a nice smooth consistency (TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR website THAT IS WHAT YOUR DONUTS SHOULD LOOK LIKE!!!) I used to always stop in passing by for those amazing donuts but not anymore...

The washrooms were filthy and the staff hygiene was clearly lacking once the young woman serving the counter stuck her finger in her ear to scratch, then grabbed the bagel the man in front of me ordered. Needless to say, I requested she wash her hands while the other young lady helped me. Disgusting.
