very bad experien...

very bad experience...after requesting certain things to be filed on my taxes (income splitting) in writing and in person, he still didn't do it and it made a difference of approx $2000 to my tax return... so when i inquired about this i got the most disrespectful, unprofessional and rude response. He also put the wrong sin # on my last 3 years taxes.. because i questioned all this he yelled at me and gave me back my papers and told me to go elsewhere.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND
