    Great customer service. In particular, I want to commend Lorelei for ensuring that our needs were met. She came in over the long weekend (twice!!) to make sure we were taken care of.

    Erin the on-site manager is very courteous and accommodating considering the services offered are for self storage. She helped coordinate with our freight carrier to move inventory stored in Thunder Bay for a 3 month period off site. Great valued service definitely recommended for self storage in Thunder Bay.
