Sweet Escape Cake Cafe & Bakery

I think they have the best pastries in town! The only thing is is that they don’t really help you transport your order to your table. It’s not easy juggling tea (teapot and cup), coffee, and cakes to a table by yourself! I would have made multiple trips but I tried to do it all in one because there was a customer behind me and I ended up with icing in my hair lol. But boy are those cakes delicious!

I have ordered numerous things from this establishment and have been happy with every single one of them. Smash cake, cupcakes, brownies, etc... I needed 60 cupcakes for a gender reveal party and placed the order the night before and they were able to accommodate me no questions asked. I will continue to go to them for all my dessert needs!

disgusting beyond belief

7 family members from out of town were going to have dessert and this shop. We had lost a loved one the evening prior and were trying to be together and reminisce. However when we arrived there were no large tables available but there were smaller tables that could be moved together to accomodate our group. The woman working the evening of Thursday October 5th made excuses of why she could not help us. I recommend you spend your money and time somewhere else. Total lack decency & class.

Worst customer service by the owner who argued and insulted me. Shocked, disappointed and in disbelief at lack of professionalism. The customer is apparently not right when it comes to this business, but rather subjected to unlimited excuses and arguments.
