Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Beware of your offer.......if you book on line and pick up at the local enterprise location the rates/offers are not the same when it come to daily/weekly rates. The weekly rate (is the daily rate time 5 days and the next two days are free. However if you book on line those rates and offers go out the window "very misleading" . They never indicated a two rate system. Simple fact I would never have rented the car at they inflated daily rate to begin with. Typical "bate and switch be careful".

Not in the least bit happy! Unacceptable!!!

My daughter rented a car from you a few weeks ago, she is from Alberta. I should have known there would be a problem with your company when they said they do not accept prepaid visa. So I put it on my credit card with the understanding that it would not be charged but when my daughter returned the car that she would be able to pay from her debit. So imagine my surprise when my daughter had to call me telling me that YOU now would not accept her debit but would be taking it from my credit card!!!
