The place is big, and bright ambiance, but was empty and felt deserted in Summer. My guess is because the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE . I don't recall Menchies being this bad, but I suppose this franchise must be struggling. The machines have been adjusted to drop more load into your cup. Sampling is no more!
