I call in my prescriptions and it says it will be done within at least 2 hours, I don’t usually go pick it up till the evening but surprise surprise it’s never ready ! On top of that my daughter won’t take her meds without the bubblegum flavour in it so I have to have them add the flavour, they constantly flavour it the wrong thing and then I have to argue with them to get new meds that are bubblegum flavour, they try and blame me saying I asked for the flavour that was originally put in.

It’s not the first time that I have to wait for more then one hour. I called this morning at 9:30am. Came to oick up at 12:20, now it’s 1:40 and the order is not ready yet. It’s really sad and maddening that you haveto wait for so long. STILL WAITING
