If I could give 0 stars I would. This place cost us over $1000 with their incompetence. My dog and cat have been coming here for years. But in this past year we have spent over $1000 in services. Luckily we have insurance to help cover the cost. So what happens was the front office told us their were send in our receipts with the vet signatures to our insurance company. I just called the clinic today. I am a long standing customer, with 3 dogs, two cats and a rabbit. I have gone to this clinic for years and even referred people! Today I called to asked about pricing, since my friend said she was upset because Lakewood Animal Clinic charges less! The man argued with me saying I was full of hooey and told me I was threatening him when I asked him if he was willing to lose two good customers over 25 dollars! He basically told me it was costing him 15 dollars
