Emile’s work was great. He fixed my crank and lock for a large window in my high rise that was broken for over a year. It was hard to find someone who would service a high rise and I’m very thankful for Emile. The work was quick and quiet and he even observed an additional issue that would have caused me issues in the near future. I found the GT Windows to be of superior quality to other companies. Alex did a great job of explaining each of the benefits and provided a price that was well below others. I had no reason to put off the replacement. I had all my windows, sliding door and bay windows replaced. when it came time to install in 4 short weeks, the crew was very professional, they did a great job , cleaned up after themselves and the windows look great. I called to get the cable repaired on my garage door. They were not the first company I called. No one would even look at it fir 3 or 4 days. DMAC came and had it repaired within hours. My garage broke twice and they came and helped me both times
The first time the tension spring snapped and they were done within the hour,
Second time they motor's gear thingy that turns the chain belt ripped through the metal enclosure, and they fixed that within 30 minutes
Both fast and reasonably priced with next day service, how could you ask for anything more??
