Had to call for a service call Jerry came out and inspected the furnace our luck we need a new one. Jerry was very professional and very timely on the appointment going to make sure we can get him to do the install on the new one Great Customer Service!!!!

We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient....
I would and will recommend this company to anyone...i will never make the mistake of going with any other company ever again!!

My furnace was off for a night called in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and they where able to come help me that morning . The guy explained everything to me and let me know what was going on before he did anything and gave me a few options either to repair or replace .. highly recommend everything is working great .
