After our vehicle began having issues just before getting to Stettler (on our way to Ont), the staff were exceptional in getting a diagnosis, parts that were needed and the work completed. From the time we limped in the dealership, until we were on our way, was 2 quick hours!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as getting us back on the road. My vehicle needed some TLC after 140,000 km of being a work truck. These fine folks made short work of a major problem for me. The service here is fantastic from the Service manager to the advisor to the mechanics. Great job all! It was much appreciated.

The management team at Drumheller Chrysler stands behind the products they sell 100%! I bought a used truck with no factory warranty left. After a couple months I had issues with the transmission. The Owner Armand stepped up and had his team do a full rebuild on my transmission at no charge! They even cleaned my truck and Armand met me at the dealership on a holiday so I could pick up my truck. Best customer service experience at a dealership by far.
