Kudos to new owners James and Diane! We were hesitant to take our pups to daycare, so it was to our delight that our experience has been a welcoming environment, friendly and knowledgeable management and staff, great individualized doggie care and peace of mind! Our pups run through the front doors to greet everyone and don’t look back for their Mama! I highly recommend The Playpen ?!

First I went to Tanglefoot when I moved here and it was the worst veterinary experience of my life and I don’t understand the positive reviews. Anyways, my experience at the Cranbrook Veterinary Hospital was exactly the opposite, the entire experience was positive. Even my cat, Elmer let them handle him and make multiple attempts at taking blood and I can say that he has NEVER let anyone handle him for that stuff but me before. I was shocked how calm he was and that there were no injuries.

Blessed to have such a great Vet in our village of canal flats bc. Dr. Ort is kind , respectful, pleasant, intuitive, great communication skills, we can go on���. Forrest and Finley were calm and happy to have their visit with dr.ort.

Invermere veterinary clinic have absolutely amazing staff. They have been so accommodating and I finally got my senior Newfoundlander the help he needed for chronic ear infections and allergies!! We too dropped our 8 year old labradoodle off last minute to spend overnight while my husband and I dipped in the pools at Fairmont. She was able to accommodate us with no problem. Prices are more than reasonable. It's a beautiful property and my dog seemed to feel right at home! Thank you so much for taking care of our boy!
